Repairs and Maintenance issues don’t always come at the most convenient times. To assist us in making your plumbing experience a smooth one, please provide us with as much information as you can. This will include, Site contact person, contact number, any photos, and a good description of the issue or work required.

 

How our billable time works. Our billable time starts when our tradesman is on their way to your house or site, or on the way to collect gear to complete your job. Miscellaneous material (e.g gloves, rags, glue, screws etc) used on your job will be charged as sundries on your invoice. Our billable time ends once we have completed the job and paperwork, this can include any necessary returns or disposals.
